Job Title : Field Service Engineer
Location : Gumi city, Gyeongsangbuk-do (Business trips required)
[Key Responsibilities and Role]
This is role and responsibility for Field Service Engineer at SEMILAB Korea.
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for,
New tool installation including assembling after tool's fab in & relocation of tool.
Troubleshooting and BM(Breakdown Maintenance) during the tool operation and PM(Preventive Maintenance) required.
Perform analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, conduct diagnostics and establish corrective plan to minimize tool downtime.
Tool operation including robot and aligner, mapper etc. with relevant S/W.
Finalize tool acceptance from customer after installation.
Service report required after onsite maintenance service and installation including work log.
Onsite support(overtime if necessary) or remote support based on customer needs and severity of tool situation.
[Qualifications]
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Ex. Material , Physics ,Electronic etc.) or Semiconductor- related work experience.
Metrology related experience is a plus as advantage.
English communication (verbal and writing) is required as mandatory.
Fluent in using Excel & PowerPoint for engineering work.
